Atualmente, Raquel trabalha como Tech Specialist na Microsoft, onde desempenha um papel de capacitação empresas, organizações e indivíduos a alcançarem seus objetivos por meio do uso estratégico da tecnologia.  
Com um mestrado em Business Analytics pela NOVA School of Business and Economics, a Raquel Bilro concentrou sua pesquisa na área de Inteligência Artificial (IA). Tendo a sua tese explorado questões relacionadas com a responsabilidade social e impacto da IA.
Além disso, Raquel é uma entusiasta do World Economic Forum e está envolvida na iniciativa Global Shapers, que reúne jovens líderes comprometidos em moldar um futuro mais sustentável e inclusivo.
