O futuro deixou de ser uma projeção distante para se tornar uma realidade em construção. Entre a aceleração tecnológica, a instabilidade geopolítica, a pressão demográfica e a emergência de novos valores sociais, as organizações são hoje chamadas a tomar decisões que irão definir os próximos anos. The future is no longer a distant projection but a reality in the making. Amid technological acceleration, geopolitical instability, demographic pressure, and the emergence of new social values, organizations are now called upon to make decisions that will shape the coming years. Natural do Porto e estas tinham de ser as primeiras palavras sobre mim.
Licenciada em Ciências da Comunicação pela Universidade do Minho, estudei seis meses na Universidad Complutense deMadrid e acabei mestre, na mesma área, em Lisboa, na Universidade Católica.
Jornalista na SIC desde 2018, foi na TVI, dois anos antes, que ganhei a admiração pelo jornalismo televisivo. No jornal Público aprendi a respeitar e a saber escolher cada palavra. Não gosto de falar sobre mim, mas encanta-me ouvir os outros.

I hold a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Minho. I studied for six months at the Complutense University of Madrid and completed a master’s degree in the same field in Lisbon, at the Catholic University of Portugal.
A journalist at SIC since 2018, it was at TVI, two years earlier, that I developed my admiration for television journalism. At the newspaper Público, I learned to respect and carefully choose every word. I don’t like talking about myself, but I’m fascinated by listening to others.
