Graduated from a Business school (EPSCI – ESSEC Group) and holding an MBA (San Jose State University – CA), he builds a Sales expertise in High-Tech Groups such as Alcatel et Sagem, before becoming a Consultant in Change Management and Sales efficiency.
 He joins Bossard Consultants (first European Management Consulting Firm) in 1995 to create the “Sales Performance” cluster within the Firm’s “People Management” Practice. After the merger with Gemini Consulting, he contributes to the development of the largest “People Consulting” Practice in Europe gathering more than 140 consultants.
During the Capgemini / Ernst & Young merger in 2000, he leads the “Strategy, Marketing & Sales” Practice (170 consultants), and drives many Business Transformation Programmes, entwining CRM and Client Satisfaction Performance, still focusing on all People aspects and Change strategies in the Transformations driven.
He participates in 2002 to the creation of OSE Consulting, a small consulting start-up dedicated to Business Models evolutions and Change acceleration, quickly reaching 45 consultants and first-class client portfolio.
In 2008, he re-joins Capgemini Consulting to lead first the “Transformation University” supporting all Talent development and L&D strategies in Client Transformations (both business and organisational) and providing behavioural solutions. He then rapidly leads the “People & Performance” Practice to international excellence, heading the Paris Office and bringing the international network to more than 330 consultants across 11 countries.
He contributes to the launch of the Innovation Strategies & Transformation Practice, spear-heading the Digital Transformation Agenda for multiple organisations, always leveraging the People lens as change management driver and key success factor.
He has thus developed a strong expertise in many sectors, contributed to significant “Digital Transformations”, mostly in Manufacturing and Aerospace sectors, and is recognised as a People levers specialist, enhancing and sustaining Transformation effectiveness, through various actions on Leadership & Performance, Management Innovation, Digital HR, Culture change, Talent & Organisation performance or Change Dynamics in complex environments…
On January 2016, he becomes the Chief Talent Officer for Capgemini Group, covering all Talent management challenges across Business Units and Geographies of this – 220 000 employees strong – Technology enabled Business Transformation World “Leader for Leaders”.
He develops the Group Talent strategy and drives the transformation initiatives in the People experience domains and contributes to the integration of Igate. As of January 2020, he is appointed Group Talent & Learning Officer, to align the Talent development levers with the People strategy and transformation. He is currently involved in the Altran integration and New Normal design.
