He is a developmental coach certified in the Immunity to Change coaching process, and he has both a learning interest and passion for adult developmental psychology and its application to leadership.
Lately, Dominic has shifted his attention and focus to developing large scale organisational transformations that deliberately foster a culture that support both learning and development. He is interested in development at scale, and the development and design of the “21st century organisation” that gives equal importance, to economic performance, human growth and environmental and communal responsibility.
