Carmo Palma is the managing director at Axians Portugal, responsible for the management of various Business Units with direct impact on some of the more critical sectors for society. She leads an extended  team of approximately 500 digital enablers, who make up a creative ecosystem, capable of using digital and human skills with varying types  of intelligence in favour of  client business transformation as well as the sectors in which they operate and thus, of society as we know it.
Carmo Palma boasts 27 years of experience in the Technology Consultancy sector. Her professional journey includes Deloitte Consulting and Novabase, where she held the posts of Senior Manager and Managing Director respectively. Her career has been dedicated to digital transformation in different sectors of activity, namely, Public Administration, Transport and Energy, both as regards national and international clients.Carmo Palma is a graduate in Computer Engineering from the Science and Technology Faculty of Nova University. She then went on to complementary education in Design Thinking at Stanford University in California and Management at NOVA School of Business and Economics.
