O futuro promete mais tecnologia, automação e Inteligência Artificial. Mas terá menos jovens, populações mais envelhecidas e uma crescente pressão sobre o talento. A sustentabilidade deixou de ser uma questão ambiental para se tornar um desafio de transformação coletiva. Num mundo que fala constantemente sobre inovação, quem está a ser deixado para trás? E que futuro se está a construir quando se continua a ignorar parte do talento disponível? Entre a visão das novas gerações, a experiência dos mais velhos e o contributo de pessoas frequentemente excluídas das narrativas de progresso, este debate desafia-nos a repensar quem faz realmente parte do after tomorrow. O futuro não será sustentável apenas pela tecnologia que se cria ou pelos recursos que se preservam, mas pela capacidade de envolver todas as pessoas na sua construção. iago Fortuna é apaixonado pela cultura, acredita na pop como meio de democracia cultural. Co-fundou a Access Lab em 2022 para garantir o acesso de pessoas com deficiência, Surdas e neurodivergência ao entretenimento. Tem implementado projectos de inclusão em algumas das maiores salas de espectáculos, festivais, eventos desportivos e empresas. Escreve pontualmente nos media sobre deficiência e cultura. É licenciado em Ciências da Comunicação, pela FCSH – UNL, e encontra-se a fazer uma pós-graduação em Gestão, na NOVA SBE.
EN// Tiago Fortuna is passionate about culture and believes in pop culture as a means of cultural democracy. He co-founded Access Lab in 2022 to ensure access to entertainment for people with disabilities, Deaf people, and neurodivergent individuals. He has implemented inclusion projects in some of the largest performance venues, festivals, sporting events, and companies. He occasionally writes in the media about disability and culture. He holds a degree in Communication Sciences from FCSH – UNL and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Management at NOVA SBE.
