He is President of the Brazilian Human Resources Association, with a solid executive career, having held the position of Director of Human Resources for Brazil and Latin America, in important multinationals for the past twenty years.
Portuguese-Brazilian, graduated in Psychology, with a postgraduate degree in Education and another in Processes and Group Dynamics.
Member of the Business Council for Labor and Social Policy of FIRJAN (Federation of Industries) and Advisor to the Confederation of HR Professionals of the Portuguese Language, based in Lisbon. Member of the Human Resources and Professional Training Commission of the France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce.
He also has significant experience in teaching as an idealizer, coordinator and MBA professor of Human Resources at relevant educational institutions, having published several articles.
