As a kid Diogo’s goal was to go to the olympics and run inside an olympic stadium, but that swiftly changed from the moment he found his skills could be better used to fight injustice and privilege. He was part of Movimento Transformers leading a nationwide movement where +100 youths volunteered weekly with +600 kids to change their communities through their own talents. After some social work experience and 3 years working in innovation at imatch, he quit his job to be a full-time grassroots activist at Climáximo and founding 2degrees artivism – a platform for activism through art, to achieve climate justice. Lately he’s been working as also as storyteller, facilitator and strategic consultant in Climate & Sustainability.
