Enquanto o tema desta edição explora a inteligência artificial, a aceleração tecnológica e o futuro da liderança, a AFTER TOMORROW WAKE UP TALK propõe um contraponto essencial: como liderar o futuro sem perder o equilíbrio no presente. O Magnesio Supremo surge como símbolo desse equilíbrio, da clareza e da recuperação física e mental, num mundo em constante aceleração.
Com a duração de 15 minutos, esta conversa será conduzida por Fernando Alvim, que irá explorar, de forma descontraída, provocadora e profundamente humana, o impacto da velocidade contemporânea na mente, no corpo e na forma como vivemos, decidimos e lideramos.

Magnesio Supremo emerges as a symbol of that balance, of clarity, and of physical and mental recovery in a world that is constantly accelerating.
Lasting 15 minutes, this conversation will be led by Fernando Alvim, who will explore—in a relaxed, thought-provoking, and deeply human way—the impact of contemporary speed on the mind, the body, and the way we live, make decisions, and lead.
Through humor, reflection, and personal stories, this Wake Up Talk invites the audience to consider a new form of performance—one that is more mindful, sustainable, and balanced.

Fernando Alvim é um locutor e apresentador de TV português.
Foi o fundador do Festival Termómetro Unplugged, que celebrou em 2019 25 anos de existência. Fundou em 2002 a empresa Cego surdo e Mudo, É também criador da Revista 365, dos Monstros do Ano, da Regata de Barquinhos a Remos, do torneio de Padel e Golfe para Nabos, do Festival Idiota, dos Prémios Novos, entre muitos outros eventos. Foi também fundador do programa televisivo 5 para a meia noite, em 2009, onde juntamente com Filomena Cautela, Luis Filipe Borges, Nilton e Pedro Fernandes se manteve até 2011. Actualmente, apresenta diariamente a Prova Oral na Antena 3.
// EN Fernando Alvim is a Portuguese radio host and TV presenter. He was the founder of the Termómetro Unplugged Festival, which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2019. In 2002, he founded the company Cego Surdo e Mudo. He is also the creator of Revista 365, Monstros do Ano, Regata de Barquinhos a Remos, the Padel and Golf Tournament for Nabos, the Festival Idiota, Prémios Novos, among many other events. He was also a founder of the television program 5 para a meia-noite in 2009, where, along with Filomena Cautela, Luís Filipe Borges, Nilton, and Pedro Fernandes, he remained until 2011. Currently, he hosts the daily show Prova Oral on Antena 3.
